Description

The NomoLine® ISA™ AX+ is a precise gas analyser module designed for continuous monitoring of oxygen (O2), carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrous oxide (N2O), and various inhalational anaesthetics (e.g. halothane, enflurane, isoflurane, sevoflurane, desflurane) concentrations in respiratory air. The device integrates seamlessly into existing patient monitoring systems and extends their functionality through automated and reliable measurement of inspiratory and expiratory gas composition. Efficiency and workflow optimisation are ensured by the flexible sidestream technology, which enables rapid and precise analysis with a minimal warm-up time of only 20 seconds. The automatic zero-point calibration guarantees continuously reliable measurement quality without interrupting clinical workflow. During this process, the gas flow is briefly switched to ambient air, enhancing measurement accuracy and allowing regular calibration without additional manual effort.
