The Radius PCG® enables wireless and precise capnography in real time, seamlessly integrating into the Root® Patient Monitoring and Connectivity platform. The device delivers accurate end-tidal CO2 (EtCO2) and respiratory rate measurements within 15 seconds and continuously visualises EtCO2 waveforms, ensuring reliable respiratory monitoring, especially in critical care situations. With its cable-free design and quick Bluetooth® pairing, the system ensures reliable capnography and seamless connection to Root® without the clutter of additional cables. This facilitates smooth patient transport between care areas and supports efficient workflows in busy operating rooms where space is limited. The absence of cables also reduces the risk of interruptions in capnography monitoring by minimising tension on the breathing circuit. The high-resolution multi-touch screen of Root® provides a clear display of capnography waveforms, supporting faster and more accurate detection of airway obstruction or tube dislodgement.
