The Radius VSM™ Kit by Masimo is a portable, scalable system for continuous vital signs monitoring, offering patients maximum freedom of movement. It reliably measures numerous physiological parameters such as temperature, non-invasive blood pressure, respiratory rate, perfusion index, oxygen saturation and pulse rate — transmitting data automatically to the electronic patient record when connected to the optional Masimo Hospital Automation™ platform. This compact device features an integrated 2.6" multi-touch display, audible and visual alarms, and enables seamless integration with existing monitoring systems such as Masimo Root® and Patient SafetyNet™ via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The blood pressure measurement uses disposable cuffs and is especially hygienic, employing the precise NIBP module based on the oscillometric method during inflation. With up to 96 hours of trend data storage and a battery life of ten hours, this ready-to-use kit is ideal for modern clinical environments.
