Delivery contents: 1 Head Fixation Set (consisting of 2 support cushions, 1 padded base pad, 1 forehead strap & 1 chin strap) The ultraHEAD-LOCK I head fixation set from ultraMedic for securing of the head on a spineboard or stretcher is made of high-quality foam. Due to the lacquered foam padding the head fixation set is washable and water- and dirt-repellent. The set consists of a base pad, 2 support pads with side opening and an adjustable forehead and chin strap. The side pads are to be positioned so that the side opening is at the level of the ears.
