Ready-made, disposable moor pack composed of natural moor between permeable fleece on the patient side and impermeable foil on the heat transfer side. These moor packs are to be used in combination with a reusable heat transfer medium. The porous fleece grants intensive skin contact and allows the turf components to reach the skin. As the thickness of the moor pack is not sufficient to store enough heat, the pack is used together with a reusable heat tranfer medium. By applying the heat transfer medium, the moor pack can be brought to the right temperature.
