Description

Fresubin 2 kcal DRINK is a high-calorie nutritional drink without fibre for diet management in patients with existing or impending malnutrition. Each bottle contains 400 kcal and 20 g protein. Available in a choice of 7 flavours, with an excellent taste, proven in blind tests. In addition to sweet and fruity flavours, the Fresubin 2 kcal DRINK is also available in a neutral flavour and in savoury flavours, such as mushroom or tomato-carrot. The savoury varieties are warmed up (to max. 65 °C) before consumption. Use only under medical supervision. Not suitable for children under three years of age. Use with caution in children under 6 years of age. Not suitable in case of fundamental contraindication to enteral nutrition, such as intestinal atony or ileus. Not suitable in case of intolerance to any of the ingredients contained. Not suitable in case of galactosemia. In case of exclusive nutrition, the high protein content must be taken into account and attention must be paid to adequate fluid and electrolyte intake.
