OpSept Classic is a ready-to-use, alcohol-based hand disinfectant specifically developed for use in the medical field. It is suitable for both hygienic and surgical hand disinfection, thus meeting the highest standards of hygiene and patient safety. The formulation is refatting, dye-free and perfumed, ensuring very good skin compatibility even with frequent use. With an active ingredient content of 63.14 g propan-2-ol (isopropanol) per 100 g, OpSept Classic offers a broad spectrum of activity: it is bactericidal (including MRSA), levurocidal as well as limited virucidal and limited virucidal PLUS – and is therefore effective against a wide range of relevant pathogens, including HBV, HIV, HCV, influenza and corona viruses as well as noro-, rota- and adenoviruses.
