Description

The Schülke mikrocount® duo breeding grounds allow for the indication of total germ counts as well as the detection of moulds and yeast fungi. The dip slides can be used for liquids, smear tests and contact tests. A pivot joint facilitates sample collection on surfaces like tables and worktops. After incubation in a standard incubator, the results can be read with an evaluation table - no expensive lab equipment needed. Incubation for 24-48 hours at 27 ± 2 °C (for years and fungi up to 4 days) Manufacturer's Note: Temperature fluctuations may cause condensation to form on the bottom of the carrier vessel. This sterile liquid can be disposed of in the sink. This does not affect the usability and results of the germ indicators.
