MELAfol® Sterilisation Packaging, Roll enables flexible and efficient packaging of instruments for steam sterilisation. The roll stock can be cut to size as required, allowing it to be adapted to different instrument sizes while supporting economical material use and efficient handling during instrument reprocessing. The combination of germ-tight, heat-sealable paper and highly transparent plastic composite film provides a reliable barrier against contamination while allowing the contents to be inspected easily. An integrated process indicator changes colour from pink to brown during steam sterilisation, providing a clear indication of the completed sterilisation process. The packaging complies with DIN EN 868-5 and is suitable for professional use in medical facilities. After sterilisation, the packaged instruments remain sterile for up to 6 months, supporting efficient sterile stock management. Available in various widths and with a 200-metre length, MELAfol® sterilisation roll is suitable for regular use in medical practices and clinics. The packaging is also easy to open, helping to streamline workflows in the instrument reprocessing area.
