Description

The Telasorb® non-sterile abdominal swabs (green) are hand-sewn and pre-washed, offering high quality and durability for surgical applications. Their 20-thread fabric structure provides excellent absorbency and stability, supporting reliable haemostasis and efficient wound care during procedures. The integrated Telatrast® radiopaque chip enables reliable localisation of the swabs in the surgical field, helping to improve patient safety and reduce the risk of retained surgical items. The attached loop supports easy handling and removal during surgery. The symmetrical folding and stacking of the swabs facilitates handling, counting and organisation during procedures. In addition to haemostasis, they are suitable for grasping and retracting organs and tissue. If required, the swabs can be sterilised, providing flexible use in clinical settings.
