Description

The DART-Reach™ Atomiser by Intersurgical is a laryngo-tracheal mucosal atomiser designed for rapid and effective medication delivery in difficult airway management. Its flexible stylet allows individual shaping and precise access, making it particularly useful in challenging airway conditions. The device produces a fine aerosol with an average particle size of approx. 50 μm, enabling targeted delivery to the nasal, laryngeal and oropharyngeal mucosa. The DART-Reach™ Atomiser is suitable for use in awake intubation, difficult intubation, bronchoscopy and transoesophageal echocardiography (TEE). Its single-use design supports hygienic application and helps reduce cross-contamination risks, contributing to patient safety in clinical environments. Available in multiple lengths, it offers high procedural flexibility for airway management in anaesthesia and emergency care.
