The Bionix ShotBlocker immediately reduces pain and fear associated with an injection. Needle phobias are overcome and injection pain reduced with the innovative ShotBlocker. Through the newer use of gate control theory, which is also applied in acupuncture and TENS, and with the small nubs on the backside of the injection tool, the nerve fibres surrounding the injection site are stimulated and the pain signals are superimposed.
