Description
The Bioline™ Syphilis 3.0 Rapid Test from Abbott is used for the qualitative detection of antibodies (IgG, IgM, IgA) against Treponema pallidum (TP) in human serum, plasma or whole blood samples. The test can be evaluated after only 5 to 20 minutes. The rapid test has a high sensitivity and specificity and is exclusively suitable for professional in vitro diagnostics. For the qualitative detection of antibodies (IgG, IgM, IgA) against Treponema pallidum (TP) Add sample: Add 10 µl plasma or serum, or 20 µl whole blood, into the sample well of the test cassette. Wait for reaction time: Allow the test to develop for 5–20 minutes before reading the result.
