The transparent tubes with sealing cap, which enables measurement of qPCR fluorescence signals thanks to its highly transparent properties, are individually numbered and connected in a row of 8. Particularly thin walls ensure optimal heat conduction. This ensures that the sample reaches exactly the temperature to which the thermocycler is set.
