Kern OCM 161 Inverted Microscope

Description

The design of the Kern OCM 161 inverted microscope allows a large working distance and is therefore ideal for analysing cell cultures. A high degree of stability and the ergonomic design make working with the microscope easy. The 30W halogen illumination is infinitely variable and ensures optimal illumination of the specimen under examination. The 5x lens revolving unit is equipped with 4 Infinity planachromatic objectives, including a phase contrast objective (PH20x). The eyepieces are equipped with a large field of view of 22 mm and the microscope has diopter compensation on both sides. If required, a camera can be connected to the trinocular tube via a C-mount adapter for documentation purposes. The OCM 161 is used in hospitals and laboratories for the examination of living cells and microorganisms. Furthermore, it can also be used for FISH or DAPI staining.
