Description

The LineGene Bordetella pertussis test kit from BIOER is used for the qualitative detection of Bordetella pertussis in human pharyngeal swabs. The reagents included in the kit are ready-to-use, so that only a few pipetting steps are required for sample preparation. The reaction vessels remain closed throughout the test and evaluation, which takes only 60 minutes, so that aerosol formation is prevented. This minimises the risk of contamination and infection. Bordotella pertussis is a bacterium of the genus Bordetella that causes whooping cough in children and adults. The scope of delivery includes a kit that is sufficient for testing 48 samples.
