Description
The NADAL® Nuclear Matrix Protein 22 (NMP22) Test from nal von Minden is a reliable in-vitro immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Nuclear Mitotic Apparatus Protein (NuMA) in urine. This professional rapid test offers doctors a simple and hygienic method for bladder cancer screening and monitoring, with results available in approximately 15 minutes. To obtain data on diagnostic sensitivity and specificity, urine from 32 patients with biopsy-confirmed bladder cancer and 112 healthy individuals without bladder tumours was tested with the NADAL® Nuclear Matrix Protein 22 Test. The results are shown in the table below:
