Description

The AESCULAP® Libra is a cordless rechargeable clipper designed for professional veterinary use on small animals. It offers maximum mobility thanks to its lithium-ion battery with up to 60 minutes operating time, supporting flexible use in clinical practice. The slim, ergonomic housing made from shatterproof special plastic ensures comfortable handling and reduced fatigue during extended use. An optimised ventilation system helps prevent overheating and supports reliable long-term operation. A wear-resistant metal oscillating lever provides consistent and precise cutting results, while the rear-positioned switch enables convenient one-handed operation. An LED display shows the current battery status at a glance. With a charging time of approx. 50 minutes and the option to use a second battery, uninterrupted operation is possible. Alternatively, the clipper can be used in corded mode via GT207 adapter. The AESCULAP® Libra is compatible with the Aesculap Favorita clipper head system and meets relevant DIN EN standards and Directive 93/42/EEC (Class II), supporting hygiene, safety and efficiency in veterinary practice.
