Description

The COXO High-Speed Handpiece is designed for veterinary dentistry and enables precise and efficient drilling and grinding of dental structures in different animal species. With a speed of 300,000–450,000 rpm, it provides high-speed performance for controlled dental procedures. The handpiece is compatible with the Willway ELYSION Dental System and operates at a pressure of 0.25–0.30 MPa. Its push-button bur holder allows quick and secure bur changes, while the scratch-resistant chrome housing and durable ceramic bearings support reliable performance in daily veterinary use. A 4-way water spray provides cooling during treatment, helping to control heat generation at the treatment site. The handpiece is compatible with ISO 1797-1 Type 3 burs with a diameter of 1.59–1.60 mm. For efficient reprocessing, the handpiece is suitable for steam sterilisation at 134 °C (maximum 136 °C) and is resistant to at least 250 sterilisation cycles.
