Horsefly Trap, TaonX 323520

Description

The TaonX horsefly trap effectively reduces the spread of horseflies and keeps them away from animals and humans without polluting the environment. The trap consists of a trap bin, white funnel, black plastic ball, floor stand and an integrated ground drill. Because horseflies can only perceive bright and dark contrasts and are attracted by large, warm surfaces, the TaonX horsefly trap is purposefully made in black and white. When the sun shines on the black ball, it warms it up and attracts the horseflies. The flying insects perceive the ball as a potential host and search for a suitable place to bite. Once the horsefly detects that the ball is an unsuitable host, it will try to fly away. However, it is only possible for it to fly upward, guided by the upward directing funnel, into the trap bin. The flying insects can not escape the horsefly trap bin once they have entered.
