For products requiring temperatures below -20 °C, the use of dry ice is recommended (not included) to ensure effective temperature control. The rectangular design minimizes space loss and volumetric weight, making it easy and convenient to transport personal medications, ship directly to patients (DTP), and use with courier services. Additionally, the ORCA Response is approved for safe transport on aircraft.
