Description

The KerbaTEST milk test is used to perform a California mastitis test. This is the most widely used test for indirect, semi-quantitative cell count determination in raw cow's milk. In this test the test liquid is mixed with the milk in a ratio of 1:1 using a test paddle. The result can be read after just a few seconds. If streaks, gel or clots have formed in the milk mix, there is an increased cell content and the test result is positive.
