Description

The Multipette® M4 from Eppendorf is ideal for repeated dispensing of volumes in long series, e.g. when filling reaction tubes or plates. With only one tip filling, 100 dispensing procedures can be performed and even liquids that are difficult to pipette can be accurately pipetted with the M4. The volumes are dispensed according to the direct displacement principle. In addition, the Multipette® M4 offers a wide dispensing spectrum from 1 µL - 10 mL. Thanks to the integrated step counter, dispensing processes can be continued without errors even after a break. Another advantage of the Multipette is that the combitips advanced direct displacement dispensing tips are automatically recognised by the pipette, eliminating the need for time-consuming volume calculations. The Multipette also has a motion sensor that switches off when the tip is not used for a longer period to save power. As soon as the pipette is moved, it switches on again and the number of dispensing steps executed before are displayed again.
