Description

The SC 1080 Veterinary Thermometer from Scala electronic is specifically designed for temperature measurement in livestock such as cattle and pigs. The large animal digital thermometer is suitable for rectal temperature determination and features a large LCD display and a wide measurement range. The measurement result can be read in just 15 to 25 seconds, and the last measurement value is automatically saved. To conserve battery life, the thermometer has an automatic shutdown after 3 minutes. To prevent the thermometer from slipping during use with restless or resistant animals, it includes an eyelet for a tether or hand strap.
