The Vcheck Equine SAA test kit from Bionote is a rapid in vitro diagnostic test for the quantitative measurement of Serum Amyloid A concentration in equine serum or plasma. Reliable test results are available in just 5 minutes. The test is used for early detection of conditions such as inflammation, postoperative infections and for monitoring response to treatment. To perform the test, a Vcheck V200 or V2400 analyser and 5 μl of serum or plasma (heparin) are required.
