The Vliwasoft sterile fleece compresses from Lohmann-Rauscher are great for light to moderately exuding wounds. These compresses are made of fine-pored fleece, do not fray and provide good absorbency. Vliwasoft sterile has minimal adhesive tendency and can therefore also be used as a wound cover.
