Description

The Willway GENOVA 16 is a modern real-time PCR system developed for veterinary diagnostics. It enables qualitative and quantitative analysis of DNA and RNA, supporting the detection of pathogens and genetic markers. With 16 sample positions, the system allows efficient processing of multiple samples and is compatible with both 0.2 ml individual tubes and 8-tube strips. The four fluorescence channels (FAM, VIC, ROX and Cy5) enable reliable detection of multiple target sequences. A temperature range of 20–100 °C, combined with a temperature accuracy of ±0.38 °C and module temperature control of ±0.08 °C, ensures precise and reproducible results. Rapid heating and cooling rates further support efficient laboratory workflows. The integrated Android operating system with an 8-inch touchscreen provides intuitive operation and simplifies data management. Wi-Fi and USB connectivity enable straightforward integration into laboratory workflows and convenient data transfer. An automatic self-test performed at start-up verifies the functionality of critical system components, ensuring dependable operation. Compatible with Willway PCR kits, the Willway GENOVA-16 Real-Time PCR System provides a
